@aleighasmommy1113, I believe your diet should be how you plan to eat for the rest of your life. If it's only one month long then u got a long ways to go. Also any time you restrict anything your body need such as calories as you mentioned your guaranteed to loose then gain weight. I believe you should never restrict any weather it be calorie fat protein or carb. The key is balance every meal for the rest of your life and when u look at a diet you should ask yourself can I do it everyday for my entire life. Sorry for long post. I would be happy to give u advise if u would like. But really it simple if u can't grow it or kill it don't eat it. Although I stick to a plant based diet I'm not totally against the kill it part if you have proper resources to get the animals. Follow me if u wanna see what I eat I post lots of food.best of luck
