for me it's just happening. ..... slowly. everyone says to walk but that literally does nothing but make my back n legs hurt for days

I had "lightning croch" and real bad hip pain days leading up to my preterm labor. I was told it was normal but I believe it was me dialating. went in after my baby shower cause of regular contractions and I was 4 cm dialated. week 31 I had contractions that stopped but my body was showing signs of going early. went into labor at 34 weeks 3 days and had baby at 35 weeks and 1 day.

the pain was more in my cervix area like I had a poker shower up there

I've been having that same pain in my cervix for the past two weeks and today when my husband and I had sex he said he could feel the water bag sorry for the tmi

I have the cervix pain as well. Mentioned it to my doctor last week and he said its normal and just her being low. :/
