omg it really hurts yall I'm up here breathing like I'm bout to have a baby

this has been happening to me a lot since I hit about 34 weeks

constipation and gas combined makes the pain happen

the poop is coming out n yea i am but it shouldn't b painful I never had that happen before n I've been constipated plenty of times
