So this is a little rant but its really upsetting me :(
Im 20 weeks pregnant with a mixed baby on the way my son will be half black and half white my half being white and his fathers half being black .... Most of my family on my side has told me there ashamed of me and they dont want anything to do with me because of the race of my baby :( which really upsets me because all of my childhood memories are with them .. I got so upset i could not stop crying it sucks but i am in love with my boyfriend n i love him for who he is not for his skin color i feel like its so messed up how people think ! But i will love my baby regardless and if they dont want to be apart of it then i say f them and im moving on from it but in the back of my mind it still hurts .. Has anyone else went thru this ??
Me and the father to my baby are both African American and my dad doesn't really talk to me because I got pregnant by an African American and not another race, your not alone! But everyone will come around. Until then focus on your little family 😍
I'm glad to hear that! Don't let those negative people effect your happiness honey! you deserve the best just like anyone else. good luck to you guys!
@growingphoenix, thats what im saying i cant believe im really dealing with this but theyll see me happier then ever n see my son growing up happy n theyll regret missing out on watching him grow .. Thank u :)
Thank u :)i really appreciate it n i know im starting to see that i dont need them i have my boyfriends family who except me being white and they are more excited then me sometimes it seems like lol n they took me in as one of their own n my mom is a big supporter of mine she cant wait for her first grandbaby so i have alot of people on my side @maybaby2016
This is not 1805 back in the slavery days and shit! Times have changed they better get tf over it, this baby didn't do anything to anyone so if they can't love him screw them he doesn't deserve to be mistreated because he's half black...he's also still half white and has half his moms DNA which is half of them!
I've never been through that, it's got to be hard. I'm really sorry sweetie. I have had people turn their back on me for other things and what I can tell you is that you're better off without them. I know it's hard but it was easy for them, so maybe over time you will see that and you don't have to be blood to be family. the right people will find you and accept you, your boyfriend and your baby into their lives.
Exactly what im saying -.- . It just sucks cause all the memories i have with them like all the family gathering i wanted my son to be apart of it and now he cant cause there selfish n there ways .. Ill just make new memories and start new family traditions with my son that hell remember and pass on .. @kellynicole thank u :)
It's sad that it is 2016 and this stuff still happens 😕 stay strong
So sorry you have to go though that Mama hopefully when the baby gets here everything will be okay. I've personally never been through that I have a mixed baby also.
Never experienced this because of color, but my boyfriends family has disowned him & our daughter because she was born out of wedlock! Reality is simple...people are ignorant! If the color of someone's skin prevents you from seeing & knowing their heart, then you are a damn fool! Family is supposed to be supportive, but sometimes my dear you have to love them from a far. A baby is a blessing, don't go regretting your blessing because of your family. Live your life to the best of your ability & do whatever you have to for your baby. Congratulations & good luck.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
