He does not. The doctors will ask you, and you will make the decisions. If the baby is to be circumsized you make that decision, he cannot alter it.

He can change the last name to his possiy through paternity test, and court hearings if you have different last names and he wants to be cruel, but as far as the first and middle name go, you have control.

also if he fills out the baby name paperwork and submits it before you. I know of a dad that did that.
