so ingot the worst Charley horse 2 times last night and my calf still hurts. hoping that with work today will make it stop. any one else go through this?

it hurt like hell!! scared me cuz I was sound asleep!! I will defiantly be trying to get up right away and stretch if it happens again

yes but I only get them in my third trimester but they hurt like shit

When you feel your leg cramping quickly stand up & or sit up and stretch your leg, I swear by this ! I use to get bad ones till I discovered this
