Me too. My first pregnancy I just bought a fetal Doppler so I can hear the heartbeat myself at home. This pregnancy in high risk so I'm there every week so I get to see and hear my baby all the time but I'm still nervous before I go

I actually bought it off another mom in my area. But you can buy them new off amazon

My blood pressure sky rockets every time I go because I think they are going to do an ultrasound and see nothing. Very normal 😭
