I work second shift so once I get home I falls asleep at around 12 am and without fail I wake up at 4am every night then sleep till like 12pm and one els have a weird sleep schedule first time momma here wondering if its gonna be the baby's sleep schedule once she's here lol
I once heard the key to sleep is have a schedule once baby is here . And once he is here I will just go along the first week or two then make a schedule around his eating and sleep times 😊

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I need help with a sleep schedule for my kids it’s 12:22am and they are still awake
This mommie hasnt been able to sleep very well for the past month ....find myself going to bed around 4:30-7:00am. Not only me ,my honey also ... We find ourselves not getting up til 5-6pm and thats not our schedule of sleep .. My honey has been on this sleep schedule longer than me but i think its caught me and wont let me go.. Something has to change but then i worry more because due date is only 22 days away an i pray sleep schedule changes before baby tazzs is here.... Highly dout it tho:/....

Yes cause my first son omg he'd never sleep he'd cry every half hour and he'd only take 5to10 mins naps as a newborn until he was 1 and a half @heatha3005

Yes cause I didn't learn that until my second son and since I adjusted it early he slept through the night for me since he was born @heatha3005
