Keep track of your cycle

after sex put your legs up for about 15-20 minutes

keep track of your menstrual cycles,remember 2 weeks after your period is when you ovulate....but just make sure u don't stress ur body out, cuz that effects ur hormones

start taking prenatal vitamins
