So my doppler came in the mail and I tried it out. I found my heart beat but not the baby's. ughhhh…

I believe the kind you got isn't supposed to be used until well in your third trimester? Just what I thought with the picture I saw you post the other day. I wouldn't worry girl..

Like I got one that looked a lot similar to that and was never able to hear my sons heartbeat. I took it back.

What one did you order?

Well most doctors will ask you not to do that yourself until then, because it is hard to find it and can give you extra worry 😕 the one I got didn't work that great. I also have an anterior placenta. My doctor has never had a problem finding his heartbeat, but it just never worked for me.

I had that and even at 17 weeks couldn't find it

@babymay2016, yeah I'm gonna call him tomorrow and just ask about because I'm high risk for miscarriage anyways still. I just figured that at 18 weeks it'd be easy to find lol

@hermommy, really?? I think I'm gonna send it back then lol I thought I heard maybe him moving or something but I guess it could have been bowel sounds not sure but I just quit trying after like 10 mins lol

@amber188 I got rid of mine:( scared me more than anything honestly get a refund and invest in SONO B line, you'll find the heart beat immediately

I really think it is too early to be able to hear it on there. I really wouldn't worry momma. I totally understand your worry, but it is too early to hear with most anything except the Doppler they use at the hospital. I thought maybe I heard stuff when I tried but really it just made me worry even more than I was already, and I decided to return it and not try again.

they work the best lol i used my friends and just put it somewhere to prove her wrong she was only 10 weeks at the time and found the babies heart beat immediately

Yeah. The one I got I was only 11 weeks and found my little girls heart beat right away. And still can. It's almost like a doctors. Try not to stress yourself out too much.

Fetaldoppler.net is where i got mine it was only like $33 it works amazing. It takes a day to really start figure to things out. Now at 23 weeks i can find my baby automatically. I even had to show my ob where his heartbeat was last week lol because he coudnt find it
