Friends or even family usually plan the shower for the mother to be. Some moms even plan a shower themself. My Mother-in-law gave me a baby shower yesterday.

Should I ask people or wait and see if somebody offers? Do you think having two would be weird? @galil_tahir

Having 2 showers aren't weird. I had a very small one and then my big 1 yesterday. Some people have more than 2, bc co-workers tend to give surprise showers as well. You could throw it out there and see if anyone in your family would like to plan it for you or you could wait a while and see if anyone mentions it.

I had two with my first, because of the church I grew up in had thrown me one and then my aunt hosted one for me. It's not weird. I'm throwing one for myself but my aunt and mom can't help themselves so they are chipping in (taking over 😂). They are going with my ideas and theme which I'm grateful for tho.

Thank goodness even though I can't stand her, my mother in law will be throwing mine in June. My job is just to show up, according to her.

Much to my dismay I'm planning mine myself 😞
