Vaseline is a natural healing ointment. I used that or a&d ointment. some corn starch I've heard but never tried. desitin seemed to make it worse and burn bc at the first touch he would cry n cry. started using Vaseline and a&d and it immediately by the next diaper change would be better. also, used Vaseline on his sunburn last summer. he barely felt a thing once it was all over him. I'm telling u I LIVE by Vaseline lol

aquaphor and letting baby be diaperless for a while, say 15-20 minutes. works pretty well for my son when i see one coming on

I found either Destin or a&d and baby powder every diaper change or just plain baby powder clears my son's diaper rashes up really quick

I found triple paste after every change helps. Just let the babys bottom air dry for a few minutes before applying and putting on the diaper.

a good way to prevent diaper rash is baby powder. every diaper change. my nephew use to get diaper rash all the time and my dad suggested baby powder. (he swears by it and now I do to) it kept him clear and dry. I now use it with my son and even when he had diareah for 3 days straight no rash, and he wasn't raw. Mommy win!😄 Good luck mama!

I used a combination of butt paste and aquaphor. Butt paste first then aquaphor to "seal" it in. And frequent diaper changes!
