got woken up by labs for a blood draw. then got up to pee... I just want to say... as a c section mommy... this incision is the worst pain I've ever felt. and I've never in my life wanted loratabs so badly due to the pain. holy shit. and it's only day 2 of the staples being in like this. got 3-4 days left here at the hospital. like y'all... even walking has me in pain bc I'm no longer relying on an iv with pain meds. everything from here on out is all me and healing and these tabs.
its bad when you need a tab so you can go back to sleep. calling my nurse for it now and then hopefully we'll be awake in a few hours to go check on Xayden. I'll update y'all then.

prayers mama, it definitely hurts the first time.... if you need the meds take them mama, there is no shame in it, I had to take percoset just to shower comfortably

^^ she's right... meds are there if you need them. the more you're up and walking the better it will get to feeling for you. those staples do suck, but they take them out after 5 days usually. feel better 😘 thinking of you and that sweet baby.
