i am 34 weeks and 5 days pregnant and im 3 cm dialated the hospital said but they sent me home bc my water hasnt broke yet. Is it safe to still have sex and be that far dialated?

the thought of having sex while 3cm dialated is iffy to me.

@marmienikki19,  I'm 34 weeks and dilated half a fingertip and my doctor advised against me not having sex because I could make the baby come early. He even gave me meds too stop me from dilating because if the baby comes now she would be in the nicu a couple of weeks but all doctors are not the same I guess.

Yes. As long as your water is still in tact, baby is protected
