I mean I don't know I goggled it cause seens last night I been having back pain and contractions off and on and right now I felt like poop cramps so I'm was wondering but I'm not 100% about the poop cramps lol @taiboos_mommy16

are you serious I thought I was suppose to be waiting on period cramps I've be been having poop cramps for two days on and off but I thought I had tummy ache

No it won't hurt because I put some in for a few days because I was spitting.

I don’t think you can feel dilation but if she’s down there and having BH while dilated;
