Vicks all over your throat and chest and hot tea..... I just got over a nasty cough,cold,stuffy runny nose it's horrible being that sick 10 time's worse when prego. also Flonase it's for allergies but my Dr said it would help a lot.. it did a little.... Hope you feel better soon hun.
