I would avoid the necklace just for a choking Hazzard unless you'll closely monitor her whIle it's on. Things like earrings, a lot of babies get their ears pierced around 3 months and when I was around 5 months, my mom got me a ring that fit my pinky that I'd wear to special occasions and it was just gold with an s in it. She still has it in her room.
