I did it for 30 mins, 15 mins each boob. And I've been having very light contraction / BH for the past half hour, can't figure out if they're just BH though. We'll see🙈🙈 @felicjuh xx

it is the only proven thing that can work.. but you need to do a lot of hours before it actually works xx
