Thank you ladies im takin her to the er

well I was told a day without poop is ok hopefully babys not constipated....umm two diapers has it gotten heavier or lighter or the same....

@alexis_k, well so far its been two diapers nd no poop today so far

I wouldn't worry unless I see it in the next diaper has baby had regular stools

well If you don't see it on the baby but the next diaper has it take baby to er

I would take her to the hospital.... looks like blood, keep the diaper to show them

could be blood in the urine or blood from a rash take her to the er though u wanna be sure

there's no rash or broken skin?? how old is the baby
