we're living with my bfs mom til like a month after our daughter is born and I haven't had my baby yet so I have no advice on how to deal with them and a newborn but she sometimes gets controlling and she wants things done her way and it's frustrating when she gets like that I just stay in our room and not talk to her for a couple hours but honestly I just can't wait til we move into our own place

@belles_mom428 I feel you 😞 I honestly can't stand my boyfriends dad and step mom. They are all around horrible people. But I'm 33 weeks pregnant and it's not looking like I'll be getting into a place before baby comes. We actually don't want them in our lives or baby's life at all but we might not have a choice, we have to save more money. I feel like I can't even leave our room because I don't even want to look at them. I'm gonna lose my mind if they are asking me if they can hold the baby or if they invite other people over to see him, that isn't gonna fly with me.

I get it my bfs mom is so sweet and does a lot for us like planned our baby shower but it drives me nuts how everything has to be her way like I mentioned how I only want immediate family at the hospital after Isabelle is born and she's like well you can't stop people from coming and you'll be so drugged after giving birth you won't care like excuse me I will care but try your best to just keep to yourself and look at the light at the end of the tunnel you only have to do it for so long til you have your own place

@belles_mom428 I'm hoping that by some miracle we will have a lease signed by the end of next week or something but it isn't looking like that will happen 😓 so we are gonna have to go with our last resort which is staying at my bf's dads. I want to start getting everything I have set up for the baby. I've been dying to nest

idk what kind of issues you're having finding a place, but I know their are a lot of agency's that will help free of charge, even if you have bad credit. they go off that and give you apartment or housing choices. @emkasting good luck!
