Honest moment : I want to breastfeed my daughter when I have her but for some reason I am suppose scared to do it I feel like I have a tiny bit anxiety and I honestly just don't want to mess up or be overwhelm this is my first child I know I'm not experienced and I feel like I don't want to let her down any advise ladies ? Has anyone had the same concerns

I have the same concerns with my son when I give birth but everyone tells me the bond that we will have with our babies is like no other and as long as we have patience it will all go well...no matter what baby will always want mommy!

I tried breastfeeding for a month (didn't work.for.us cause he was born early and the part of the brain that tells him.to suck to get food wasn't developed all the way) but what I can tell.you is don't be scared to try if you become overwhelmed with it or your stressed out with breastfeeding you don't have to continue do your best and if it doesn't work out however long you did breastfeed for is better than nothing at least you can say you tried and nothing wrong with it not working.out formula is just as good all that matters is baby is getting fed

Definitely! I was nervous too, but right after my son was born they sent in a lactation consultant to help us get it right starting out. Then she checked in on us before we left the hospital to make sure everything was still going well. So my best advice is to ask about what they do at your hospital, and ask for help when baby gets here. :)

Yes! Don't be afraid to ask for the lactation specialist everyday at the hospital. I did and it was such a help!!!
