My back is killing me 😖😖
Anyways,
stupid question but I was watching vaginal births on YouTube & all I see is the moms screaming and screaming pushing until the baby comes out.
Do you always scream? Or are there woman who are silent?? Lol idk stupid question but I got scared watching. 😭😩😂
aw lol well good luck! you will do great!
@curvymommy, okay great thank you :)
definitely don't push using the bathroom!! but in labor the more pushing the better, it took my a little over an hr to get my son out. with constant pushing, it's a process. but it's better to concentrate on pushing rather than screaming.
@curvymommy, wow! Lol so like pushing to hard isn't bad?? Like even now I'm scared to push to hard when trying to use the restroom because I'm scared it'll hurt the baby lol
I'm some hospitals you aren't aloud to scream hahah my nurse just told me to take all the energy I would have to scream and to use it to push.
@babymommax3, omg I can't imagine!! Ouch!
I screamed when my son's shoulders were coming out. but with my daughter I screamed my head off because She was trying to push herself out sideways. so that hurt like a b****
@alexis_k, nice! Thanks for that info! :)
screaming actually sucks the baby back up so it takes longer and alot more pushing it's best to just breathe And push.....I didn't scream
I'd say about 10 make a few extra just incase I had did one for the head baby nurse all the nurses that helped and lactation consultant so I did 10 of them
@wyatts_mommy_0106, aw that's so sweet. How many goodie bags do you think should be packed?? I'd like to do something like that :)
@fiona01, lol I can handle tattoo pain but I don't know if I could handle pushing pain lol.. We shall see! But his daddy is tall 6'1 and I'm short 4'10 so the baby is probably going to be huge lol
yes they do I went into labor at 35 weeks so I didn't have the goodie bags ready but I wrote all their names down that helped with my birth and son and 2 weeks later I dropped off the bags to them
I had a over 8 pound baby so I was like no way I'm not getting that lol and this time around my doctor says he's measuring bigger so I'm guessing he's gonna be a big boy so I will definitely be getting one this time too I'm no good with pain lol
@fiona01, lol OMG Awww!!! I'm thinking about getting the epidural
@sheebster, I'm so sorry to hear that :/ I can only imagine.
@wyatts_mommy_0106, aw that's really sweet. I'm sure that's why many woman being nurse gifts
I mostly was angry because I was hot and couldn't breathe so I was grunting and growling kinda at everyone to stop touching me but my epidural stopped working just as her head came out so I felt everything and I screamed once when her sholdrs and head came out and that was it. i just wasent expecting it to feel that way lol
For me it was An amazing but the third most heart breaking moment in my life for me. I chose adoption for my first born (I am on my second). I see him a lot and get pictures but it was An amazing experience but it also was very very sad @lexirosex3
No one told me this but every hospital is different but the nurses are there from the time you are admitted until you are discharged they do all the work
I was quiet up until the head... Then I screamed
Yeah the Dr usually isn't in the room until time to catch the baby they come in and see your ready they say go ahead and push and call me when it's time I looked so dumbfounded when my Dr left and the nurse laughs and says im paying him to catch my baby and that'd it the nurses get you and baby ready to come out and then your dr comes in
@jenidoll, thank you!! I definitely will. I need to.
@lexirosex3, Yes, try to remain calm and focused. I suggest looking into a birthing class. I took a Bradley class and it helped so much.
@sheebster, oh man!! I heard that the babies head coming out is the hardest part and than the rest is smooth. But that must have been a great experience. Im excited but a nervous wreck.
No you can feel pressure like you have to poo and before you push the nurses tell you when you feel the pressure push and you.push for like 10 seconds or more then break until the next push.
@lexirosex3, i use to think the same thing w my first...lol...i use to watch way too many videos on youtube i was freaking out and didn't want my son to come out....lol
@wyatts_mommy_0106, ah! Ok so you were numb? How did you know when to push? The doctors tell you?
@tamy_cordova, aw!!! lol ok that's good to know! I hope I don't ever scream. I don't want to.. And watching those videos and even on movies I'm like wth that's crazy lol I don't want to do that
I can't remember exactly if it was when his head was coming out I don't think so bc when that happened I ripped a tiny baby bit and I felt the ripping and burning sensation. I think when I first started pushing like my second push is when I screamed I don't remember exactly but I'm pretty positive it wasn't when his head came out @lexirosex3
@jenidoll, does taking deep breaths help?? I never had a natural birth with my son I had emergency c-section I keep thinking about when my daughter comes and I'm doing VBAC so I'm so nervous! I don't know what to expect.
but loys of whining(however u write it)....lol
I didn't scream at all I grunted a little but I had a epidural and didn't feel anything but some pressure
i never scream with neither of my labor(Completely natural)
@stasjafawn, OMG lol! I never experienced with my son I had a emergency c-section I was completely knocked out. So with this pregnancy I'm just a mess thinking about everything lol
I had a home birth. I do remember grunting and moaning but I never screamed. I tried to remain focused and centered. The more you tense up the more you feel.
@sheebster, which push? Just till the babies head came out?? Lol omg I'm just a nervous wreck. I don't want to scream lol I want to be silent and push. But who knows what will happen I keep thinking about it. Lol
they had me holding my breath too so I couldn't have screamed if I wanted to, lol
@stasjafawn, ahh, I see! I was wondering because I DON'T want to scream. Lol
When I was pushing I remember I was told to not scream bc it takes away your breath and energy. I screamed once at the top of my lungs it hurt for that push only bc I did it all natural lol and they also said it would scare other moms lol which i don't blame them saying that bc I would be terrified if I heard another mom scream lol
I grunted some, but with the epidural i didn't feel enough to scream
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@fiona01, thanks! I sure hope so! Lol
