May be a long one 😁 I dunno where else to vent this cause I don't want it on Facebook 🙈 basically I'm in panic mode.. My OH has been amazing and understands where I'm coming from but says due to it statistically we should be fine..
So basically I know 2 girls my age, one is s friend one is an ex friend... Basically when I was pregnant with my son my friend was pregnant also.. Sadly at 21 weeks she lost her baby (a girl).. Well recently my ex friend was pregnant same as me but she was further along.. She also lost her baby at 21 weeks (a girl)..
Well I'm now 21 weeks today with a girl and I am panicking to fuck! She's been moving around and I have no cause for concern however I don't know what their signs were.. How did they know something wasn't right or did they naturally go hospital in labour (not knowing it) and find out that way?
But my oh seems positive (normally he'd be the first to tell me to seek medical advice) but I just can't shift the panic that it's two people I know.. Same gender and gestation. Please someone tell me I'm being completely irrational 😲

I lost a baby boy at 21 weeks in 2014 and I'm now pregnant with another boy going on 26weeks.. I totally know where u coming from I was scared shitless until I passed that week... Also have a 6yera old boy. You will be fine xxx

I feel I worry less with my son cause he's already here.. Just it's close to home so think I'm panicking more than I would if it was an article I read.. Dunno if that even makes sense.. But I know I'll feel loads better when she's here my milestone with my son was 24 weeks cause they can help but now I just want this week done with 🙈 xxx @darciepenny @jodie62

I know, I said it all the way through, first it was 'when he moves I'll be reassured' then it was 'when he's here I'll be okay' and now he's here I still don't stop worrying😩😂, xxxx
Yeah that worry never leaves.. Just feel so helpless cause she's still inside me if that makes sense.. Like she's so tiny and fragile.. Hoping the feeling subsides soon :) xxx @darciepenny

@mummyraven2016, yeah I'm not worrying about movements thankfully as she's been nice and active just gotta brave the next 6 days when I'm past this particular week xx @mrsmowmow yeah statistics are low but I think it's more the fact I know 2 people (who are also friends with each other) that have experienced it same gestation and same gender that I'm more anxious.. But my Oh said statistically I should worry.. Can't help it though.. Xx
That's it, I've gotta get myself through this week.. Just feel so anxious.. I wasn't this bad with my son maybe because I thought about the odds and didn't seem that high but now knowing two it's made the odds higher so more panic.. Let's hope these next 6 days go by swiftly and smoothly 💪🏼💪🏼 @darciepenny
try and keep calm hun and trust ur gut if she doesn't move as much then call triage or midwife but if she is still moving around great I wouldn't worry to much xx
I think it's really normal to worry, we all do it, it's just a bit of added worry because you're so close to someone who has gone through that awful situation, im sure once you've passed this week you'll start feeling miles better, you're doing great💪

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
