How to produce more milk?

I have fenugreek but have yet to take it but I heard goods things

fenugreek!! that's stuff is amazing! it made my milk come in nd stay even after I stoped taking it.its a vitamin u can buy at any pharmacy or walmart.

more water in take ,oatmeal, power puming,drinks with electrolytes ,I don't believe sex has to do with that never heard that before lol
