Mine went away at 12 weeks. Just drink ginger ale. It really helps, if you feel like you're going to puke it's always just a burp and you'll feel relieved. I also lived off of toast and sucking on sour lollipops. But it does go away!!

I have that as well. I've only thrown up twice since I've been pregnant. Usually it's just the thought of throwing up that is way worse than actually doing it because both times I tried EVERYTHING to keep from throwing up but once I actually did I felt better and told myself it wasn't that bad. My phobia is worse when it comes to seeing, hearing or smelling OTHER people's vomit.
