@xobmg, huh? No that's not. It's taxing on a mom's body, but it's not unhealthy. And many twins have to be born via c-section because of positioning, etc. Please check your information.
My friend just delivered her twins at 36 weeks 4 days. She was having preeclampsia so the delivered them early. If it wasn't for that she would have kept going. Boy was 6lbs 5oz and the girl 5lb 1oz. Both healthy.

Yes, but full term for twins is generally closer to 36 weeks. @xobmg who told you that?
