Moms there is a recall on Gerber baby food.👇👇

Dear fellow parents,

Like you, we place the health and well-being of your baby above all else, and all our baby foods must meet our rigorous quality standards.

As a result of a packaging defect, some of the packaging used in two batches of GERBER® Organic 2ND FOODS®Pouches – Pears, Carrots & Peas and two batches of GERBER® Organic 2ND FOODS® Pouches – Carrots, Apples & Mangoes with best by dates of July 12, 2016, July 13, 2016, July 14, 2016, may be susceptible to spoilage during transport and handling. As a result you may notice that, in some cases, those pouches are bloated or product inside may have an off taste or odor. We are proactively working to retrieve all remaining pouches of the affected batches that fail to meet our quality standards.

We have chosen to voluntarily remove all the pouches in question from our retail and on-line stores. We have provided information below so you know if you have the affected products. If you do have any of these pouches, we recommend that you do not use them and that you contact the Gerber Parents Resource Center at 1-800-706-0556 for replacement coupons anytime day or night.

Speaking as a father, I understand that giving your little one the best is the most important thing. That's why the quality of our baby foods is our top priority. I sincerely apologize for any concern this may have caused. For more than 90 years we have put babies first in everything we do and you can trust that we will continue to do so.
