When we don't know what's gonna happen we make up all these fear based scenarios and allow ourselves to freak out preventing our bodies to relax and do its job....allow your body to take over relax those feel good hormones and you'll be fine the beauty about it since u don't know u get to imagine how well it's going to go and how beautiful your baby is and how happy you'll feel when you hold her.....let go babe you're ok trust
