so I've noticed that I've been getting contractions at night starting around 8 or 9pm. and when I do them l, sorry for tmi, I have to poo. and while I'm using the bathroom the contractions gets worse and I feel like I'm gonna throw up and get pains in my abdomen, once another poo comes out it lightens up but still get them afterward... am I the only one who gets this and is it normal??
