Roll call! Who here is/was a young mom? What age did you have your first LO, whether you were a teen mom or older? Do you regret it/wish you'd waited?
I was 18 when I found out I was pregnant. I had my beautiful girl 5 days after I turned 19. I had big dreams that I was pursuing, but I put those on the back burner to raise a child and go through with the pregnancy. I mean, I chose to lay down to make her...I sure as hell wasn't going to give her up or kill her for that. I was going to own up and deal with the consequences. Everyone has told me I'm going to regret having her young, not having a party life or "proper teenage-hood". I love being a young mom....it's the only thing in my life I've gotten right so far and it's the only ring I've truly been proud of. Gymnastics medals, Honor roll, straight As, drug and alcohol free, writer, etc...none of those made me as proud as being a teen mom.

19 when I got pregnant, 20 when I had my dd. Julianna Rose is my joy and my whole world. And I wouldn't change a single thing. She is now nearing 2, and she is the best kid, and I'm proud to be her mommy ❤

18 when I got pregnant and 19 when I had Sophia Gudrin on June 5th,2015. I married her Daddy and now we are expecting our son on June 21st, 2016! we are excited!

I was 16 when I got pregnant and 17 when he was born. I don't regret it but i think if we would have been older it would have been easier. But regardless I wouldn't want to go back and change it.

I was 19 when I found out I was pregnant...my husband and I had been trying for almost a year to conceive..I was 20 when I gave birth to my beautiful daughter and she is the greatest blessing my husband and I have ever received :)

I got married at 19, found out I was pregnant two months before my 20th birthday and had my son at the age of 20. Me and my husband were high school sweethearts but he left for the Navy so we separated. Then we realized we couldn't be without each other so we re connected after his first deployment. My son was planned but still came as a surprise since I found out I was pregnant a week before I was suppose to leave for the Air Force Reserve Basic Training.

We conceived our daughter 4 days after I turned 17. Married 3 months after and September 5th, 2008 Aaliyah Luna was born 7 pounds 14.6 ounces. Best thing to ever happen to us. Now I am 25 and having a baby boy in June.
