Is it too much to take a multi vitamin and prenatal vitamins at the same time?

Yes. Your prenatals have all the stuff you and your baby needs... Gotta be careful not to over do the vitamins.

if it is water soluble, your body will excrete extra unneeded vitamins and minerals through urine. I still take vitamin c and d gels on top of my prenatals. Just watch out for excess fat soluble vitamins like zinc and fish oil
