What a good "first food" for my 4 month old :)? Suggestions. Please. What were you feeding yours?

I'm probably going to do squash first

first one we did was a baked sweet potato. we made split pea soup and my daughter went crazy over it. bananas and steamed veggies work too

I did sweet potatoes, they aren't too sweet and sugary but not quite as Ew as veggies lol

I won't start my boy until 6 months or so. With my daughter we started at 4 months and we did veggies first, so she could develop a taste for carrots and peas and such and then we went to banana or whatever

i fed mine vegetables.
