Okay so I've had high blood pressure for the last couple weeks. I just checked it at 6:30 after I ate dinner and it was 156/104. So I decided to try laying on my side on the couch like they make me do at the doctor. I checked it again just now and it was 127/79. It read normal. But I can't lay down 24/7. And I'm on 100mg twice a day for my blood pressure. And it's only normal if I am laying down, not sitting up. I can't even walk to get a bottle of water from across the room and come back and lay down, or it's high again. But once again, I can't lay down 24/7.. I'm really worried about my health and the baby's health. I eat right and everything. Plus I'm limited on what I can eat because of my gall stones. I'm just frustrated and I am really worried that something could go wrong during labor and delivery...😭
I'd be really careful. my cousin had high blood pressure and had a lot of complications during labor. she had her baby at 34 weeks. I don't want to scare you, both are doing really well! :) but she developed hellp syndrome because of her high blood pressure (failure of the liver)
the mom. the only way to get rid of it is to give birth. she ended up having a c section
