I have a 6 year old autistic son with sensory processing disorder, anxiety disorder, and adhd. If you need advice feel free to message me. If you need something to help soothe him pressure usually works well for my son, a squeeze hug, weighted vest or lap pad, as well as distracting him with one of his favorite things.
