my husbands mom bashed the name i chose for my baby if its a boy and said i sound dumb for naming him after a famous actor when i didnt it was my great grandpas name and she totally bypassed what i said and kept saying i better change it. thats a cute name you picked!

I like it. unique. I wanted to name our son Emerson but my husband wouldn't fold on the name Aidan and won out in the end. And his family ruined the name for us because they live in England and said they would call him "ema" and I vetoed the name because I don't want the nickname being a girls name. family can be so frustrating when it comes to names. just go with what you love and they will learn to love it too. ♡
