Yes but not that big my husband and brother in law have them but they r a good size they aren't out of control I just want a normal size like there's

They r zero which is pretty small but noticeable

Mine are over an inch, if you need advice feel free to ask. My tongue is also stretched to a 4.. Stretching your ears or anything else shouldn't hurt.
