Does any one know how child support works in California? for example if my baby's father has 3 kids with his now wife and one with me, and I file for child support do they divide what he makes with all his kids or just give me a great amount? I'm wondering... TIA.
He going to say that he not gonna pay me alot in child support because his other kids and he know ways around child support is that stuff even true peoples advice??

How yu gonna argue with me because i find child support stupid af if the father takes his child has a roof over his head and food in his fridge when he has the kid why does he need to pay you so you have a roof over your head and your bills are paid isnt that your job as a mother. Not fair that a man has to make sure he has everything for himself and his baby at his place and take care of his baby mommas "bills". Smh. To each its own but to argue with me about my opinion. Tf get out my face with that bullshit.
Someone told me if I make more than my husband his child support can go up if his ex would to ask for household income? Is that a thing how is that fair I bust myself in school busy hard to get a job just for my kids. And it would be taken in consideration for more child support and my kids to lose more money. I’m all for the parent to pay child support but is the system really that bad that they would take more so my income that would be for my kids would actually be something that matters and my kids would be losing more money?

My friend had her baby first and she gets more than the other girl even tho they each have 1 kids from the guy but I think it depends on how much he makes too

they divide on the amount of kids. It also really depends on the judge or person helping you out mine was an asshole and even though he had proof that the father never gave me any type of help and that's I had stopped working because I had just gotten married he wanted me to give my ex child support.
