I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and I have a terrible headache. Is there anything I can take for it?

tylenol, but if it's really bad take it with some caffeine, that was told to me by my docotor

What I found that worked for me was take Tylenol and then take a ice pack and put it on the back of neck.
