My baby spits out more milk than actually burping. 😭 I always have to change his clothes. 😓

Hahaha don't worry, they grow out of that lol for now, always keep two or three outfits with you at all times, consider burping with a bib and burp cloth, and do laundry often!

You could also try stopping feedings in the middle to burp so baby doesn't have a full belly when you burp.

Does he cry a lot after feeding. Like when he spits up?
