Doctor called today and told me I'm severely anemic ( which explains my dizziness , shortness of breath, fatigue, heart racing ) I got prescribed iron supplements which I'm happy about , but why haven't they figured this out sooner?? I'm almost 30 weeks with my twins for Christs sake.

I'm anemic too. At least I quit passing out once I started taking my iron pills

I hear you on that. I've been diagnosed with 2 blood disorders this pregnancy....like you couldn't tell me when you first discovered it during my 1st pregnancy?

They don't usually test sooner, there's no point in doing so before 28 weeks.

I start taking them tomorrow. I hope they work too! I was getting a henna tattoo on my belly and passed out on the guy while he was doing it and got the ink all over my shirt :/
