@madilynn16, congratulations on being so strong and bringing a new life to this world I'm kinda scared about being induced but anything for,my baby ❤

My due was next Friday. The pitocin was no joke I just needed a kick start for my contractions to get going. The pitocin level only got 4 but depending on the person it could go up to 20. I had my daughter 3 hours after the start of the pitocin they cut off after 2 and half hours because I was contracting on my own. But at end of the day I had a healthy baby without any medication

@madilynn16, if you don't mind me asking how was your experience by being induced? my due date is next Friday but my Dr will see me on Tuesday she said she doesn't want me to go past my due date bc my baby it's really big

@growingphoenix, I tried pineapple, walking lots, spicy food, sex and hasnt helped

I know how you feel I was induced to help my dilation along because I had no progress. Good luck

Well good thing you told me because I was going to try it soon at I hit 38 weeks😩🤔 I'm desperate!!! I knew it had to be some sort of old wives tale anyway...

@growingphoenix, my Dr told me to don't use castor oil or the tea neither prim oil I'm scared about using it too

I hope everything starts moving along for you and that everything goes smoothly! Baby will be here soon enough, that's all I keep trying to tell myself. I'm just praying I don't go over 40 weeks. lol

I went from 1cm to 4 in 45 mins! was at 1 when I got to labor and delivery and was at 4 45 minutes later and 8 another hour later!! don't worry!!!

I feel you. I'm only 38 weeks. cervix hasn't broken at all. and I know I still have 2 weeks but I'm SO IMPATIENT.
