ladies I have a question which might sound silly because this is my third pregnancy but anyways is it common to have additional ultrasounds at toward the end of the pregnancy when you're having a scheduled repeat c section ? with my first I had a emergency c section with my second I was trying for a vbac with my midwife but didn't dilate so wound up getting another. this time I am having a scheduled c section on the 1st of september and have an actual ob doctor not a midwife who stated that I would have more ultrasounds at the end of my pregnancy but I didn't know if this was typical or not?
@mommycheeks, she didn't say I was high risk? I wonder if I'm considered high risk anyway since this'll be my 3rd section in 3 years
if your high risk it's normal I get alot of ultrasounds cuz I'm high-risk
I’m scheduled for a c section Thursday and I’m a bit nervous.
Have any of you had a c section? If so what was your experience?
Scheduled C-section moms
I've noticed some of you already have C-Sections scheduled and I am curious as to why? I'm not being judgy I promise :)
At my 38 week Appointment!!!
Gonna have an ultrasound and check if baby turned. Fingers crossed!! But I have a feeling she's still breech. Might be scheduling a c section for next week!! Ahhh!!!
Forgive me if this offends anyone but is it just me or does it seem like doctors are so quick to jump to c-sections these days? Even my midwife at 30 weeks said if my baby doesn’t turn (he’s transverse) I’ll have to have a c-section. Which of course put so many thoughts in my mind that I didn’t necessarily need because I still have ten weeks. I just don’t get it I guess. Technically we can go to 42 weeks.
What is it like to have a c-section? I was told by my doctor I would likely have one so I am kinda nervous.😯😯
you should ask do u see a specialist
