at night when I move to get comfortable they hurt so much I just lay there and cry for like 10 minutes.

That sounds like it would work.I'm having a hard time wearing the bra I have right now. It hurts so bad. @gmarin15

I feel you girl! I can't wear my favorite bra anymore because it hurts so much! I put warm towels on my boobs and it helps a little
