once before today it happened but a LOT today I've been getting a SEARING burning pain all the sudden towards the top left of my uterus.. it goes away after a second but leaves a dull ache...is it my muscles tearing? I'm 37 weeks and babygirl has been moving regularly all day

if your muscles were tearing you'd feel a dull/sharp ache where ever it was happening at all times. they are probably just stretching almost to the point of tearing. if you're really concerned tell you dr.

@bre_bresee, it shouldn't be, I've had a LOT of muscle tears and rips and sprains lol they hurt way worse than broken bones.
