think I'm just going to go ahead and test. should I wait till the am for fmu or would I be safe to test today at 19dpo

Wait for first urine. always wait for first morning urine. Thats when the hormones are all there.

I could never wait, I took one at 8dpo at around 2pm and got a positive. Up to you in the end. (: Best of luck.
