it may need a new filter or new batteries I have always stuck with manual pumps they get more suction and cheaper hope that helps

I had one a few years back and I was extremely pissed! It didn't work the day I bought it, I had to pay for a whole new pump (medela) because they wouldn't exchange it due to it being used with bodily fluids. I told them that the thing didn't even pump anything!!! Still couldn't return it.

@ready4mommydaughtermoments, yeah I read that I couldn't return it. But I figured it out. It doesn't pump as much as my manual though so idk what to do.

call their customer service and demand to speak with whoever is in charge they should have warranties regardless if its used and since its within 30 days I would just return it to the store .

even there distribution center oh man that's terrible well another idea for you depending whether you have insurance or medicaid if medicaid your local wic office will provide you with a breast pump if you have insurance most electric pumps companies will provide one if you have qualifying insurance. the other thing is you can call the hospital labor and delivery wherever you were at and they may have a manual pump to give you. Every hospital I've been at has offered me one I have two just with mismatch parts now
