Yeah I would look into it there are people who use the smalls for newborns and let their babies grow into them .

Thanks but my daughter is tiny she a premature. she is still in the hospital but I wana get one for wen she comes home she hated being swaddled so she moves and moves till her hands and feet are free

@iasmina, it was about $37 I believe and the way it works is as a transition from a swaddle to having more freedom but the arms are shorter so that when your baby has the startle reflex they don't wake up because of the resistance in the arms keeps them from fully throwing their arms up which usually wakes them up because they think they're falling. my daughter is 6 months old and I got the small since we were swaddling and were going to this. You want resistance in the arms I believe the small is for up to 19lbs but some have used it longer it just depends on the size of your baby. I ordered one at first because I was unsure if it would even work because my daughter could not sleep at all without being swaddled we've had it for about a week now and I've ordered another because we're actually having longer stretches of sleep and it's nice to have an extra on hand in case the other gets dirty. there are times where I've seen her do the startle reflex and she goes right back to sleep because her arms only go back so far. I'm not one to brag about a product but my daughter was waking up every hour and now we're going on 4 hours before she's waking up and being able to sleep for 4 hours straight from the mom stand point is amazing.
