@chyna777, I wear a heart rate monitor and keep my heart rare in the recommended zone for preggie women. And if I need to take a break, then I do!

I'm I'm the army, and it is a requirement that pregnant soldiers workout every morning. We do a lot of walking. stretching, lunges, squats, we do arm exercises with small weights...exercise is good for you and the baby. just don't do something you're not completely comfortable with. they have pregnancy workouts on YouTube that I do as well. @chyna777 :)

my doctor told me it was fine, as long as your body temperature doesn't raise above 102 for longer than 10 minutes. if you don't sit in boiling water, you will be fine. the most important thing is to make sure u don't feel overheated. you can always add colder water to decrease the temperature as well. just check with your doctore, everyone has different opinions and research. your doctor may tell you you shouldn't, but all the research I have done says it's fine and you just have to be sure you don't feel overheated or like your heart rate is increasing

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
