go to Aeroflow.com . they do it all through your insurance for you. I got my free breast pump in 4 days!

you fill out a form online and they call you back and tell you what is and isn't covered. my insurance covered all breast pumps but one. so I'm sure they have lots of options for any and every insurance.

@brittneylove, mine doesn't have it on there so I have to fill everything out myself.. I don't understand which phone number I put down for my insurance

in the back of your insurance card it shows a 1800 number id put that one
