Many of the baby wearing groups say not to get it. Look up of it causes hip dysplasia- for some reason that is one of the reasons that come to mind. My sister does mega research into this sort of stuff and also calls this brand "crotch danglers" because some of them don't provide the best support for baby. Also heard lots about back aches from this style

I did with my first. It worked well until he was a little older (6 month+) Then he didn't like it because he couldn't see and was nosey.

You should be able to wear it facing forward and backwards

It started hurting my back once baby got bigger. I used a wrap and it was so much better
